MACHINING SERVICES
Our custom in-house metal machining capabilities mean you no longer have to source custom metal fabrication projects to multiple suppliers. We offer both vertical and horizontal machining centers. These custom machining capabilities dovetail with our fabrication capacity, allowing us to machine what we fabricate.
FABRICATION SERVICES
Unlike many other contract metal fabrication companies, ESG offers a wide variety of custom metal fabrication services, including aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless-steel fabrication. Our metal fabricators typically work with aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel. Our stainless-steel fabricators also offer laser cutting, plasma cutting, and oxy fuel cutting services in our custom metal fabrication shops to maintain cost effectiveness and accuracy.
WELDING SERVICES
We perform both manual welding and have experience with complex weldments. All our welders are trained, tested, and certified to perform at a level that meets or exceeds the applicable welding codes for the industries. The manual welding including Gas Metal Arc Welding, Pulse Gas Metal Arc Welding, Gas Tungsten Arc Welding, Tungsten Inert Gas Welding, soldering and brazing. To ensure the integrity of your parts, we have a full-time AWS Certified Welding Inspector and to ensure unparalleled strength and longevity we perform non-destructive testing on all welds.
ASSEMBLY SERVICES
Along with metals fabrication, machining, and welding we furnish our customers with high quality turnkey assemblies and can ship direct to the final customer. Assembly services offered:
Mechanical including castings, forgings, and machined components
Hydraulic including cylinders, pumps, motors, and valves
Electrical including wiring, motors, drives, and controls
